Microgreens can contain considerably higher levels of vitamins and carotenoids—about 5X greater—than their mature plant counterparts, according to the United States Department of Agriculture. Micro Broccoli in particular is a rich source of sulforaphane, a sulfur-rich compound studied for its antioxidant, detoxifying & disease prevention properties.

Of the hundreds of Brassica varietals we have grown, this Micro Broccoli was selected for its tender cotyledons and mellow, nutty flavor profile. Grown in just a few short days, we optimized this varietal in our indoor growing environment to maximize the green, nutty notes while minimizing the earthiness and sulfur notes typically found in mature broccoli.

Have the whole container as a nutrient-packed, personal salad --simply open the container + enjoy - no washing needed.
