Microgreens can contain considerably higher levels of vitamins and carotenoids—about 5X greater—than their mature plant counterparts, according to the United States Department of Agriculture. Micro Spicy Mix contains Red Bok Choy microgreens, which is a source of sulforaphane, a sulfur-rich compound studied for its antioxidant, detoxifying & disease prevention properties.

Of the hundreds of microgreens that we tested, we chose three varietals with unique and complimentary flavor profiles: Red Bok Choy provides a clean, mellow base for mustard-forward deep purple Ruby Streaks and intensely peppery arugula microgreens.
