1 medium frozen banana, broken into pieces 1 cup baby spinach (about 2 handfuls) ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice) 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 1 serving vanilla protein powder ¼ cup AeroFarms micro bok choy - Ice (optional, for a thicker consistency)INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add all the ingredients, including the pinch of micro bok choy, to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend on high until well combined and smooth.
3. If using fresh banana instead of frozen, add ice to achieve a thicker texture.
